The (Almost) Magical Way Superdrol Turns You Into A Raging Beast
Superdrol was sold over the counter in supplement stores in the early 2000s. Consumers thought it was a normal prohormone (something that wasn’t a real steroid, but the body converted it into one).
When they took Superdrol… they got blown away.
It seemed TOO STRONG. Was it really just a prohormone?
Superdrol was insane. And it wasn’t just a run-of-the-mill prohormone. Keep reading to reveal the stunning truth about Superdrol:
What Is Superdrol?
Superdrol was originally just a brand name for the methasterone, the world’s strongest oral steroid. Methasterone got developed 1950s but was never used for medical purposes.
It remained obscure until the 2000s when a supplement company discovered that Methasterone – due to its obscurity – still was legal to sell over the counter as a dietary supplement. They began selling it under the name Superdrol.
However, the FDA discovered what was going on in 2006, and forced the Superdrol brand to shut down.
In 2012, Methasterone got banned and became a controlled substance.
The extreme power of Superdrol caused it to remain popular in the bodybuilding community. Underground labs started to manufacture the compound.
It’s one of the world’s strongest oral AAS, after all. Meatheads won’t give it up at easy:
The Exceptional Results You Get From Superdrol (#3 will amaze you)
Watch this video from IFBB Pro Greg Doucette for a video explanation:
I don’t mess around when I say Superdrol may be the world’s strongest oral steroid, aside from MENT. Anyone who has tried Superdrol will understand what I’m saying.
It may not be the best, but definitely the strongest.
Here’s what you need to know about the benefits of Superdrol:
Benefit #1: Dramatic Muscle Gains
The muscle gains a bodybuilder gets from 10-20 mg of Superdrol will blow your mind. If it’s combined with a good diet, a calorie surplus and hard training… he can seriously expect to build 10-20 pounds of lean muscle in a 4-week cycle.
That also depends on how advanced the bodybuilder is, of course. If he’s 250 pounds of muscle already, the gains won’t be as dramatic as if he were 200 pounds.
But no matter what, Superdrol leads to extreme growth when used correctly.
Benefit #2: Great addition to a bulk OR cut
Superdrol is best when used on a bulk. A body needs a lot of nutrients to fuel the intense anabolism.
But it’s also a popular choice during diets, as it is very effective at increasing glycogen and nitrogen retention. That is crucial when you want to maintain muscle on a calorie deficit.
Benefit #3: Super Hero-Like Strength
Superdrol makes anyone who takes it ridicilously strong. It is insane!
The weight you did 5 reps with two days ago? Today you could do 10 reps with it!
The strength gains are one of the most popular benefits of Superdrol. Ask any bodybuilder who has tried it, and they will tell you their strength blew through the roof. You can expect to become at least 20% stronger during a 4-week cycle. Your muscular endurance will also become beastly.

The Side Effects Of Superdrol
Let’s be clear, friends…
Although this article may sound enthusiastic about Superdrol, you need to know that it’s a very unsafe compound. The more powerful an anabolic steroid is, it typically has way more side effects.
In this regard, Superdrol is usually likened to Trenbolone. Both compounds are insanely strong, but also unhealthy in a way many people can not handle.

It’s liver toxic
Superdrol is very toxic to the liver. Perhaps the most liver-toxic oral steroid. It’s like drinking yourself under the table every day.
The liver is resilient. It’s built to protect your body from toxins. If a bodybuilder is healthy, his liver can generally take some damage and heal back to normal after a cycle.
But you NEED to take some precautions:
- You can’t use Superdrol for over 4 weeks. ABSOLUTELY FOLLOW THIS.
- Before your cycle, you should not have been drinking or taking other liver-toxic drugs.
- And you should NEVER drink alcohol or take other drugs during your cycle. Even painkillers are stressful to your liver. Avoid them.
- Increase your water intake. It helps your liver flush the toxins out.
If you abuse Superdrol… you WILL end up with liver damage. Be serious about this. It can fuck up your life!
When your liver is exposed to stress, you may feel lethargic and a lack of appetite, which is usual when taking Superdrol.
Some bodybuilders take a supplement called milk thistle. It accelerates the liver’s own detoxification. It’s not necessary, but may be a good addition if you want to protect your liver as much as possible. Here is one of the most popular milk thistle brands.
However, I recently discovered an even more powerful liver protector. Read my article on it if liver health is of your concern.
It spikes your blood pressure
Superdrol tends to increase your blood pressure a lot. Not good. Symptoms of extreme blood pressure are:
- Relentless headache
- Fatigue and confusion
- Vision problems
- Chest pain
- Difficulty breathing
- Irregular heartbeat
- Blood in the urine
- Pounding in your chest, neck, or ears
Personally, I may experience several of them when on a Superdrol cycle.
It messes up your blood lipids
You know the good blood cholesterol that is beneficial to your health? Superdrol will lower your levels of it.
And you know the BAD blood cholesterol that causes blood clots, artery clogging, and increases your risk for heart attack, stroke and peripheral artery disease? Superdrol will increase your levels of it.
Don’t even think about Superdrol if you’re prone to heart disease or already have bad blood cholesterol.
Tip: Cardarine can help you maintain a bit healthier blood lipids when taking Superdrol.
Can you get Gynecomastia?
Superdrol is derived from DTH (dihydrotestosterone). That means your body can’t convert it to estrogen, and most people don’t need to worry about estrogen-related side effects.
However, Superdrol is like every other anabolic steroid. It suppresses your natural testosterone production. This can lead to a hormone imbalance that in some people causes gynecomastia (manboobs).
If you are prone to gynecomastia, you may want to have an anti-estrogen or SERM on hand.
Other side effects:
- Water retention — but Superdrol is a pretty dry compound compared to Dianabol and Anadrol
- Libido loss
To sum the side effects up, they are many and serious. Although Superdrol may give you the fastest gains in muscle mass and strength, you proably won’t feel good when you run it.
I’d even go that far and say that Superdrol is dangerous. You will be better off by taking milder steroids, and SARMs like LGD-4033 and RAD140. That way you get slow and steady gains, but you won’t mess up your body as much.
Watch this video from Anabolic Heroes about Superdrol dosage. What they say contradicts my dosage recommendation, but in the end you got to decide for yourself anyway:
Since Superdrol is highly toxic, you need to be careful with the dosage. Find the lowest possible dose that gives you the desired results, with the least side effects.
Beginners can take 10-20 mg of Superdrol per day and expect good results. But keep in mind that the half-life of Superdrol is short — 6-10 hours. Because of that, you should split out the dosage to two times a day.
In my humble opinion, 20-30 mg/day seems to be the sweet spot for most people. Any higher than that, and the side effects will bite you hard in the ass.
Please, restrict the time you take Superdrol to 4 weeks. It’s for your own best.
If you take the normal dosages for about a month, you should experience incredible gains. You don’t need to get greedy and squeeze out more weeks.
Oral-only cycles are a bad idea. That means you shouldn’t do a cycle with only Superdrol. It will plummet your testosterone and make you feel even more like crap. Instead, one wants to have a base of exogenous testosterone.
But… oral-only cycles still do work. You will feel depressed and shitty. It’s stupid and not recommended. But you will probably gain a lot of muscle and strength nonetheless.
Superdrol VS. Dianabol (Dbol)
Dianabol bloats you up like a water balloon. It converts into estrogen, giving you acne, gynocomastia and pretty much every estrogen-related side effect in the book.
Superdrol does not. The gains are very dry, and the little water weight you gain will go into the muscle — giving you that full, pumped look. You will experience minimal estrogen-related side effects, since Superdrol can’t aromatize.
In terms of dry mass gains and strength, Superdrol and Dianabol are very similar. But Superdrol is a bit more potent.
However, when we talk about side effects — aside from estrogen-related ones — Superdrol comes out as a loser. Superdrol makes you much more lethargic, it damages your liver, in a worse way than Dianabol.
Dianabol tends to give you an euforic feeling. Superdrol, on the other hand, just makes you feel like shit.
Superdrol VS. Anadrol
Anadrol doesn’t convert to estrogen, but in some mysterious way it still gives you estrogenic side effects. You will bloat up and experience similar sides to Dianabol.
Superdrol gives you dry gains.
In terms of dry mass gains and strength, Superdrol and Dianabol are also very similar. But Superdrol is, yet again, more powerful and without estrogenic side effects.
However, when we talk about other side effects, Superdrol comes out as a loser. Superdrol is even more harsh than Anadrol.
Anti-doping laboratories can detect Superdrol and its metabolites until the 9th days. More advanced, experimental detection methods can find trace metabolites until the 13th day, but nothing indicates that they have been popularly adopted as of now. [Source]
Superdrol is one hell of a compound. Insanely strong, but with insane side effects that will harm you.
If you want to take it, I can’t reach out through your computer screen and stop you. But I strongly recommend you to consider milder anabolic steroids first, or even SARMs like Ostarine and Ligandrol. They give you impressing gains with practically no of the side effects you get from oral steroids.
Until next time,
