Back in the day, I used to be obsessed with the news. As a kid in school, you’d always be encouraged to stay in the loop on current topics. Every week there was a news quiz, and the student with most points won a piece of candy.
I have an easy time remembering things I read. So I won every week. And although I never devoured any of the candy prizes I won, it helped me realize something:
News are worthless.
There’s no point in catching up with the news.
When I did, my life did not become better — in fact… it may have made it worse! I decided to never obsess with the news again, and I never regretted that choice.
You may be confused. We’ve all been programmed that good citizens go through life with a newspaper in hand. But allow me to explain why you should not do that.
I’m sure you will follow me on the path to tranquility:
1. You Waste Time
A decade ago, you read the newspaper once a day. That was it. Morning coffee, biscuit and a fresh issue in your hands.
You learned what happened in your country, and in your local area.
But now, the news cover events all over the world. The sheer amount of news you need to stay updated with is insane.
This is one step on their way to converting you into a consumer cattle. 30 minutes of reading the news sufficed a decade ago.
But journalists and reporters want to keep making more money.
What do they do? They train you into consuming more content.
You’ve been on YouTube before.
YouTube’s biggest goal, from a business standpoint, is to increase the time you spend on their platform.
That way, they make more money.
YouTube tricks you into spending more time on their site by autoplaying related videos after the one you just watched ended. They recommend videos that other viewers spent a long time watching.
Same goes for news — they want you to stick to their newsfeed like a fly to bullshit. They don’t care if it turns you anxious, or if it’s of no value to you. The news outlets make more money out of that.
If you take the step to ignore news, you will break free from the slave chains of mainstream media consumption.,
Do it now!
2. You Don’t Get Anything Out Of It
Let’s face it, buddy:
Do you really get anything out of watching the news?
- Does your life improve by reading about some fat truck driver winning the Powerball?
- Does your life improve by reading about the 1000th war in middle east?
- Does your life improve by worrying about the nuclear threat from North Korea?
You know the answer, brother: Not by a single bit.
3. You Become Stressed
Alright, brother! Let’s see…
… You already know that the mainstream media produces more content to enslave you and milk your tits of money. Right?
Then you will understand this:
The more content there is, the quicker it goes stale.
If a journalist published something a 100 years ago, it would be relevant at least for the day.
But now… if a journalist posts something online… it could become stale and outdated after a couple of hours. On Twitter it would be old after 40 minutes!
Thus, you’re forced to constantly update that news feed on your phone.
You’re enslaved. Forced to pick the phone out of your pocket and refresh.
Because if the media wants you to be a content consumption cattle, they know you’ll need to make news a habit. It’s easier to make you addicted to the news if you watch them 8 times a day instead of once.
And let me tell you — this constant refreshing, this constant need to stay in the loop — is completely meaningless. It’s harmful to your mind and body. You walk around with constantly elevated levels of stress hormone, which is unhealthy, lowers your testosterone and shortens your life.
4. You Become Depressed
There’s only so much worthwhile a journalist can write about. Their favorite topics are war, “climate change”, gender oppression and evil white people.
Because it triggers primal responses in the brain. Fear. Outrage. Hate. Stronger emotions that constructive content doesn’t always stir up.
Fear, shame, outrage, and hate attracts more attention, clicks and in the end… MONEY.
Fear orange man! Fear the world ending in 12 years from climate change. Shame that you’re a man, European, not depressed, transsexual or whatever.
Starting emotional fires like this is bad.
But that’s the way mainstream media wants to make money.
In the end… watching the news will infect your mind. It’s bound to make you depressed and mentally damaged.
And it doesn’t step there:
5. You Become Manipulated
Mainstream media doesn’t only write about things to attract clicks and attention.
Most of them don’t REALLY write for their readers. Crazy, huh?
They write for the hand which feeds them.
Oil sheiks in Qatar, Jeff Bezos, hot shot politicians, and the Rockefeller Foundation.
Journalist’s goals are to push the agenda of their employer.
Which is why you’re always overwhelmed by how many sodomites there are in media. And for some strange reason… the sodomites love followers of Islam who would stone them in a heartbeat.
Which is why people on TV always tell you to never have kids, marry or live a good life.
Which is why every newspaper scares you of orange Hitler. And tells you who the new female politician who should be president is.
Which is why they tell you to smoke weed and spend your remaining time on this earth pursuing penis pleasure.
6. You Support Bad People
Every dollar or second you spend is like a vote.
When you pay someone for a service, you vote to make them richer and more powerful.
Same goes for time.
Every second you spend watching a YouTube video, you vote to make the video creator a little bit richer and popular.
And if every second and nickel you spend is a vote… the question is… why would you vote for people harm you, manipulate you, and subvert your society?
Because that’s the case with the news.
When you watch CNN, you support their crusade to obliterate you and your family. You support their Qatar-funded propaganda. You support the downfall of Western civilization,
Be aware of that.
Don’t consider yourself to have a certain set of beliefs and principles… if you willingly support organizations who act in direct opposition against them.
The news is poison. It infects your soul with propaganda, stress and everything else that can be used to gain power over you.
Spend 7 days COMPLETELY without news and you’ll notice how much happier and calmer you will be. Your ability to think clearly will increase. And you’ll never want to go back to the news addiction.
